{"id":7097,"date":"2022-09-16T19:39:21","date_gmt":"2022-09-16T19:39:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ci02ab78a7a0002792"},"modified":"2022-09-16T19:39:21","modified_gmt":"2022-09-16T19:39:21","slug":"man-murdered-on-i-485-suspect-arrested-was-already-in-jail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/index.php\/2022\/09\/16\/man-murdered-on-i-485-suspect-arrested-was-already-in-jail\/","title":{"rendered":"MAN MURDERED ON I-485, SUSPECT ARRESTED WAS ALREADY IN JAIL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>  On September 14, 2022 Warren Capel, 34, was identified as a suspect in the Charlotte, NC murder of Jamil Rout, 36. <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTkyMzgwMDcxNzc0NzkxNTcw\/1untitkled.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/news\/homicide-man-killed-in-violent-over-night-homicide\">Jamil was murdered on February 13, 2022, on Interstate 485 in Charlotte, NC near Mount Holly Road.<\/a>  <\/p>\n<p>Jamil was on Marita Drive in Charlotte when he was physically assaulted or shot. Jamil was able to drive to I-485 nearby, but he veered off the road and crashed, his Mercedes Benz vehicle was on fire. <\/p>\n<p>Jamil was in the car burning, a 911 call was made and responders arrived at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>Jamil was still pronounced dead at the scene. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Months later Warren was served arrest warrants for Jamil&#8217;s murder, Warren was already locked up in the Piedmont Correctional Institution for alleged unrelated charges.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A man wanted on murder charges was already in jail.
