William was found dead inside a car in the afternoon.<\/p>\n<p> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/news\/2-arrested-on-good-friday-after-man-murdered-in-wild-west-charlotte-shooting\">On April 2, 2021, Diastarrquacious and Zytwan were arrested following an interview with detectives. Zytwan was charged with murder while Diastarrquacious was charged with accessory after the fact. <\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Before trial Zytwan decided to plead guilty to voluntary manslaughter. Zytwan was sentenced to 6 to 9 years in prison.&nbsp;  <\/p>\n<p> Diastarrquacious plead guilty to a low level charge and was sentenced to 36 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A manslaughter charge was handed down after William Perry was shot dead.
