The altercation was on Green Ivy Lane Charlotte, NC.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTkyODcwMTg4NzQ2NTQ4OTQ0\/3-trukkll-blu.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>On October 2, 2022 the two men were involved in a dispute with each other. Clifford is accused of shooting Desmond.<\/p>\n<p> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/charlottealerts\/news\/man-murdered-during-altercation-dies-at-hospital\">Upon arrival, officers located Desmond suffering from a gunshot wound. Paramedics transported Desmond to Atrium Health Main hospital with life threatening injuries.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Clifford was arrested on October 3, 2022 charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury regarding Desmond being shot. <\/p>\n<p>During the early evening hours of October 5, 2022, Desmond succumbed to his injuries and died at the hospital. Detectives upgraded the charge on Clifford to murder. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Clifford was arrested on October 5, 2022 charged with the homicide of Desmond.
