The shooting has now been ruled a justified homicide. <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTkzMDE0NDczODc3ODkwNzY4\/1img_4771.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p> The deadly shooting was at 1:45 a.m. There was a report of a robbery at a residence. The alleged robbery victim shot Mr. Avila. <\/p>\n<p>Mr. Avila died at the scene.  <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/news\/one-murdered-in-late-night-shooting\">This case was first classified as a homicide. But cops gathered information that led to a victim being robbed.
