The homicide occurred at apartments on Shady Oak Tr. Charlotte, NC. <\/p>\n<p>The victim was shot and then transported to a local hospital, where hospital staff later pronounced the victim deceased.  <\/p>\n<p>The homicide is still being actively investigated.
