The arrest stems from a domestic violence incident that occurred at Officer Sean&#8217;s residence. Sean is a Sergeant at the Mecklenburg County Jail in uptown Charlotte, NC.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/jail-mcdcc-inmate-town-hall-10.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>In the early morning hours of October 16, 2022 police responded to a 911 domestic violence call at  Officer Sean&#8217;s residence around 1:23 A.M. <\/p>\n<p>There were no arrests made at the residence, but an arrest warrant was issued later for assault charges on Officer Sean because of the incident. <\/p>\n<p>Field Operations personnel from the Sheriff&#8217;s Office took Officer Sean into custody, and he was taken to the arrest processing center at approximately 7:40 P.M. on October 16th. Officer Sean was criminally charged and served with a domestic violence protective order. <\/p>\n<p>Officer Sean remains in jail custody and is scheduled to appear before a judge in district court at 9:00 A.M. on October 17, 2022. <\/p>\n<p>Officer Sean&#8217;s employment with the jail began September 9, 2012.
