Tracy pleaded guilty to second degree murder, possession of a stolen vehicle, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTkzMzUwODI4MzM2MDk2ODM1\/0-fdzdidwxkaijcoc.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>Jeremiah was shot and killed in a drive by shooting on May 13, 2021 on Allen St. late at night in Charlotte. Tracy stole a car, and was driving the vehicle when he drove close to Jeremiah on the street.<\/p>\n<p>Jeremiah was going to the store. Tracy let the car window down and let off several shots.
