{"id":6758,"date":"2022-11-14T15:03:39","date_gmt":"2022-11-14T15:03:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ci02b050eac00025f0"},"modified":"2022-11-14T15:03:39","modified_gmt":"2022-11-14T15:03:39","slug":"teen-girl-killed-on-highway-crash-woman-ejected-from-vehicle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/index.php\/2022\/11\/14\/teen-girl-killed-on-highway-crash-woman-ejected-from-vehicle\/","title":{"rendered":"TEEN GIRL KILLED ON HIGHWAY CRASH, WOMAN EJECTED FROM VEHICLE"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<p> Jakayla Chambers, 13, was killed in a vehicular collision on November 10, 2022 on Interstate 485 near I-77 in Charlotte, NC. <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTkzNzQ0MDAwMTExMzU1Mzc2\/1untitkled.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;Around 4 p.m. the teen girl was riding in a SUV with three other people on Interstate 77, the vehicle then merged onto I-485. The SUV lost control on the wet roads and flipped over several times. The SUV was then hit by a Fed Ex truck.  <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/wreck-eqa-uf5w4agwxxf.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>A woman was thrown from the SUV and knocked unconscious due to the impact. A woman&#8217;s leg was cut open by broken glass and highway metal signs. Another woman had both of her feet fractured. A man sustained a concussion. The crash also pinned a woman to the ground until near-bystanders were able to push the SUV right side up.<\/p>\n<p>But sadly Jakayla died on the scene of the crash.
