Now, on November 23, 2022 Mexican police issued an arrest warrant for the female suspect seen beating Shanquella while the victim was naked. <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTkzOTY1MTQyMDcxODQ2NDA1\/1untitkled.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>The suspect is identified as Daejhanae Jackson.  <\/p>\n<p>Mexican authorities believe the beating of Shanquella caused her death. In fact, Shanquella&#8217;s death certificate lists her cause of death as severe spinal cord injury and atlas luxation. <\/p>\n<p>But her friends on the trip with her say Shanquella died of alcohol poisoning. The autopsy has no mention of alcohol poisoning for Shanquella.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> Shanquella is originally from Charlotte, NC. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/news\/video-funeral-scheduled-for-shanquella-robinson-died-in-mexico-and-beat\">The group of friends were drinking and having a good time. At some point, a female friend of Shanquella is seen on video punching a naked Shanquella and throwing her to the ground as other friends on the vacation watched and video recorded the fight.<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>The female attacker continues to punch Shanquella in the face and kick her.<\/p>\n<p>The female attacker then yells for Shanquella to get up. The attacker then says, <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m tired of your shit!!&#8221; <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>There is no indication why Shanquella was naked in the video, but alcoholic drinks were being consumed. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/news\/new-video-shows-woman-being-abused-nude-on-vacation-found-dead-hours-later\">Hours later Shanquella was found dead in the hotel villa. Shanquella&#8217;s friends called her parents and said she died from alcohol poisoning, but an autopsy report said that Shanquella died from a broken neck and a cracked spinal cord.<\/a><\/p>\n<p> Shanquella&#8217;s friends then caught flights back to the USA. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>A prosecutor for the state of Baja California Sur in Mexico says the court issued arrest warrant was because of: <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;A direct aggression occurred.
