The kids were Leilani and her older brother age 3. <\/p>\n<p> Jayveyon was angry when he picked the kids up and drove erratically away from the mother&#8217;s house. <\/p>\n<p> Jayveyon then is accused of stopping at a bridge on the LA River and throwing Leilani off of the bridge into the water. <\/p>\n<p>Police say Jayveyon then drove off with Leilani&#8217;s older brother in the back seat. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p> Jayveyon then arrived at his mother&#8217;s home. The grandmother of the children noticed Leilani was missing and called police after not getting any answers out of her son Jayveyon.<\/p>\n<p>Police arrived and were led to search the LA River.
