Jellisa Baxter, 24, is accused of murdering her 3-year-old daughter Arya Smith on December 27, 2022 in Miami, Florida. Jellisa had over 5,000 followers on Instagram under the page jellisa_curvyfit. She says she\u2019s a mom and a holistic health coach. Well, now she is in jail. <\/p>\n

Jellisa received an eviction notice on Dec. 15, 2022. Jellisa’s family lives in New York. <\/p>\n

Jellisa is accused of trying to strangle baby Arya inside her apartment on December 27th. When that did not work, Jellisa is accused of grabbing a knife and stabbing Arya in her neck, face, and chest to the point of death at 2:11 a.m. <\/p>\n

Jellisa then called police and allegedly admitted to killing her baby daughter. Police showed up and found Jellisa in a white rob with blood on it walking around and talking incomprehensibly. <\/p>\n

47-year-old Yan Li was shot and killed by police in San Diego, CA on March 3, 2022 during an eviction notice.<\/a><\/p>\n

Arya was laying on the floor with deep stab wounds to her face, neck, and chest. Arya was pronounced deceased on scene.  <\/p>\n
