It is unclear who was driving. <\/p>\n<p>The suspect vehicle kept driving and a chase began at high speeds.Cops used stop sticks, which are a tire deflation device, on West Boulevard to stop the vehicle. The suspect vehicle hit the sticks and the tires went out of air.
