{"id":6153,"date":"2023-02-03T09:15:59","date_gmt":"2023-02-03T09:15:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ci02b6f5b6f000258d"},"modified":"2023-02-03T09:15:59","modified_gmt":"2023-02-03T09:15:59","slug":"victim-killed-after-fire-truck-collides-with-man-on-motorcycle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/index.php\/2023\/02\/03\/victim-killed-after-fire-truck-collides-with-man-on-motorcycle\/","title":{"rendered":"VICTIM KILLED AFTER FIRE TRUCK COLLIDES WITH MAN ON MOTORCYCLE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> Anderson Fairley, 26, died on Jan. 30, 2022 on Pineville-Matthews Road Charlotte, NC after his motorcycle collided with a Charlotte Fire Department truck.  <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/fire-img_6728.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>At 5:36 p.m. an emergency call for service was received by Charlotte Fire to respond to a medical incident at the 7700 block of Little Ave. <\/p>\n<p>Charlotte Fire truck 24 was responding to the call and was in route to the scene.  <\/p>\n<p>At approximately 5:40 p.m. while truck 24 was in route, the fire truck was involved in a motor vehicle accident involving a motorcycle on Pineville-Matthews Road. <\/p>\n<p>The motorcycle and fire truck collided with each other. Anderson was the driver of the motorcycle. <\/p>\n<p>The crew of the fire truck immediately began treating Anderson on scene. <\/p>\n<p>Mecklenburg County EMS transported Anderson to an area hospital. Unfortunately, Anderson was pronounced deceased.
