Delonte was a tow truck driver on duty at the time of the homicide.<\/p>\n<p>Delonte was on Route 50 driving when a vehicle cut him off in traffic. Delonte is seen sticking his arm out of the window to complain and or get the driver&#8217;s attention. <\/p>\n<p>The other vehicle slows down, and Delonte exchanges words with the male suspect driver. <\/p>\n<p>The suspect driver then fires 4 shots at Delonte. The victim pushes the brakes and pulls over, saying, &#8220;he shot me.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The suspect vehicle continues down the highway and no arrests were ever made. The suspect is described as a black male.&nbsp; &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Delonte died on the scene.
