Willie was on probation while he awaited trial, Willie is accused of murdering Matthew Gibbons.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTk2MjEwOTYxMTQzNTcxODQz\/1untitkled.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p> Matthew was murdered on Rhyne Station Road in February 2018. Matthew was shot dead in the front yard of a home. <\/p>\n<p>Days later Willie was arrested and charged with the homicide. Over 5 years later, a trial still has not taken place.
