The restaurant is located at 6637 Independence Blvd. Charlotte, NC. A roach was even found during the inspection. <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTk2MjgyMDczNDU0NjE3OTA0\/1untitkled.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>An employee beverage was stored on the prep sink. Ham was out of temperature, open, uncovered, and in a unprotected package. The inspector had the ham thrown away.<\/p>\n<p>Also the ground beef, steak, eggs, chicken, and ham were cold held at unsafe temperatures above 41 degrees, the food was then discarded. <\/p>\n<p> The inspector saw an alive roach on the cook line crawling.
