Kenneth Cathcart, 25, was charged with accessory after the fact to murder. <a href=\"http:\/\/charlottealertsnews.COM\/charlottealerts\/news\/man-recently-released-from-jail-gets-murdered?fbclid=IwAR2UYbXN_JpwVqbPIBCb7cTYWWADNYY_cjy6M1EcRH2nE7HCGuCWqyvNAds\">The victim was shot and killed in Charlotte, NC on August 5, 2022. Ontario had just been released from jail, his mother Teresa Redfern died in April 2022.<\/a><\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTk2MzcxNDc0MDAzNTM1NTA2\/1untitkled2.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>Ontario was shot several times on Avebury Drive at an apartment complex at 2 a.m. Ontario was pronounced deceased at the scene.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> In March 2023 Zion was arrested and charged with murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
