A slice of cheese was sitting directly on the shelf inside the reach in cooler.<\/p>\n

The health inspector saw 4 live roaches above and below the ice bin on the server line. There were dead bugs observed on the server line.<\/p>\n

Food debris and accumulations were on pans that were stored as clean. Egg whites and hash browns were being cold held at unsafe temperatures above 41F. Waffle House had roaches on their cook line during an inspection<\/a><\/p>\n

Chicken and black forest ham were held past the disposal date.<\/p>\n

The reach in coolers had dirty gaskets. 2 microwaves at IHOP had large amounts of build up and food debris.<\/p>\n

Floors at the cook line were dirty and in need of cleaning. A roach was found at Nori Japan in South Park Mall<\/a><\/p>\n
