New details show that Shane Richardson, 29, committed suicide by shooting himself in the head at a home on Crater St. Charlotte, NC. Shane leaves behind a wife and kids.<\/p>\n

Shane committed suicide on December 30, 2022 in the afternoon. Shane shot himself in the head. The weapon of choice was a 9 mm Glock 45 pistol. Upon hearing the gunshot, Shane’s family rushed into his room and he was found dead.<\/a> <\/p>\n

Shane had an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to his head. Blood was coming from Shane’s nostrils after the suicide. Also the bullet to the head caused his skull to become deformed. <\/p>\n

Right before Shane killed himself, he made a social media post saying:<\/p>\n

I did the best I could.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Emergency responders arrived and pronounced Shane dead at the scene. Shane’s family became worried when he messaged his cousin earlier that day about taking care of his children. <\/p>\n

The decedent\u2019s pistol was found next to his body. There is no suspicion of foul play.<\/p>\n

The official cause of death for Shane has been ruled a suicide. <\/p>\n
