A young man was shot and killed.<\/a> The victim is Lemuel Carr, 26.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTk3MzI4OTQ4MTEwMDQyMzEx\/1untitkled1.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>Around 10 p.m. Lemuel was shot multiple times. Paramedics responded to the scene. Lemuel died on site. <\/p>\n<p>While police, news crews, and emergency officials were on scene, several shots were fired on a neighboring street. <\/p>\n<p>No one was shot in the second round of shots fired.
