37-year-old Erubiel Ojeda-Aladino (Seen here) pretended to be a cop, and in doing so he raped a woman several times and told her she would be deported back to Mexico if she told anyone.<\/p>\n
Erubiel went to the victim’s home on the afternoon of Aug. 24, grabbed her by her arms and took her into her bedroom where he had sex with her. At 9 a.m. on Sept. 21, Erubiel returned while she was at home cleaning.<\/p>\n
Erubiel entered her home, carried her to the bedroom and forced her to have sex.<\/p>\n
The victim, an undocumented immigrant, told police she believed Erubiel was an officer because he carried a badge, gun and had strobe lights on his Cadillac Escalade. Last Wednesday in a Walgreens parking lot Erubiel attempted to again have sex with the woman by pulling her pants down.<\/p>\n
But she yelled and Erubiel stopped. The victim was taken to a local hospital by a friend which is where police were notified.<\/p>\n
Erubiel confessed to having non-consensual sex with the victim. Erubiel was arrested charged with rape and three counts of impersonating a officer.<\/p>\n
