{"id":15663,"date":"2018-10-06T14:13:14","date_gmt":"2018-10-06T14:13:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ci02819f3a60042458"},"modified":"2018-10-06T14:13:14","modified_gmt":"2018-10-06T14:13:14","slug":"north-carolina-man-tries-to-kidnap-two-children","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/index.php\/2018\/10\/06\/north-carolina-man-tries-to-kidnap-two-children\/","title":{"rendered":"NORTH CAROLINA MAN TRIES TO KIDNAP TWO CHILDREN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department\u2019s Crimes Against Children Unit have charged Jose Rodriguez, 63, for attempted kidnapping in a case that occurred at Sharon Pointe Apartments in Charlotte, NC.<\/p>\n<p>On the evening of October 5, 2018 at 7:40pm patrol officers responded to an attempted kidnapping call on Amity Pointe Road.&nbsp;Officers were advised that a group of children were playing in the parking lot of the apartment complex when Jose approached them and grabbed an 8 and 10 year old girl by their wrists.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As witnesses approached Jose, he released his grip on the children and fled the area. The children were not injured during the incident.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Officers located Jose after canvassing the neighborhood.
