Emmett Cherry, 34, was driving drunk when he crashed his vehicle, causing a bad accident on Sunday afternoon, emergency officials say. Emmett was even trapped inside his vehicle before nearby standers hurled in to free him.<\/p>\n
But Emmett may need to be freed again because he was arrested for Driving While Impaired.<\/p>\n
On Sunday October 7, 2018 at noon Emmett was driving his 2002 Buick when he swerved and lost control of his vehicle, causing his car to roll down Robinson Church Rd.<\/p>\n
A female leaving church stated that Emmett was traveling at a high rate of speed and lost control of the vehicle and rolled six to eight times until it came to a rest in the ditch on the right side of the road.<\/p>\n
Once the car rolled over several times, Emmett became trapped. Several people rushed to Emmett’s aid to flip the car over and get Emmett out of the badly damaged vehicle.<\/p>\n
Firefighters and Medics stated that Emmett smelled of alcohol. Emmett was taken to the hospital and then arrested for DWI.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
