Former NFL Atlanta Falcons player Justin Crawford, 23, was arrested on Saturday October 13, 2018 for sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl at his home in Columbus, GA.<\/p>\n
Justin even admitted to having sex and oral sex with the victim.<\/p>\n
The Falcons signed Justin in May as a free agent but he was cut from the team in September.<\/p>\n
At a probable cause hearing on Monday, Columbus police detective Mark Scruggs testified that Justin\u2019s wife Chakeya had got out of bed around 4 a.m. Saturday and discovered her husband Justin with an erect and exposed penis standing over the 12-year-old girl in their living room.<\/p>\n
Chakeya went back to bed but felt uneasy about what she saw.<\/p>\n
Moments later Justin woke the girl up from sleeping and forced her to perform oral sex on him. Justin then made the girl have sex with him.<\/p>\n
Later on that Saturday the girl told her mother that Justin raped her. Police were then notified.<\/p>\n
A sexual assault kit was later administered to the girl to preserve any DNA evidence.<\/p>\n
Justin was arrested and first denied the rape to police. But, when pressed by police, Justin admitted that he had sex and oral sex with the 12-year-old girl, stating that it was the girl\u2019s idea to have sex.<\/p>\n
