Carlton is accused of shooting Brian on Tinnin Avenue during a robbery.<\/p>\n<p>The murder occurred on November 18, 2018 at 1 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>Later on the same day, detectives developed information on the  whereabouts of Carlton.
