Meet 35-year-old Ramona Serban. On Nov. 24 during Black Friday weekend Ramona was shopping at the South Park mall located at 4400 Sharon Road Charlotte, NC.<\/p>\n
Ramona walked inside of the Macys store within the mall and orchestrated her demented plot. Ramona used her 13-year-old daughter and 9-year-old son to steal $1200 worth of clothes and products. <\/p>\n
Macy’s security footage shows the suspect unlawfully concealing merchandise and utilizing her minor children to select and hold the concealed merchandise.<\/p>\n
