Danneul McLean, 29, (Seen here) was shot on December 20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Danneul was pronounced deceased today at Carolinas Medical Center from injuries he sustained in the shooting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The shooting took place on Druid Circle at 4:04 a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Danneul was shot in the street.
