{"id":15326,"date":"2018-12-27T20:30:24","date_gmt":"2018-12-27T20:30:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ci02819f3a60092458"},"modified":"2025-02-26T07:18:13","modified_gmt":"2025-02-26T07:18:13","slug":"man-killed-at-luxury-apartment-complex","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/index.php\/2018\/12\/27\/man-killed-at-luxury-apartment-complex\/","title":{"rendered":"MAN KILLED AT LUXURY APARTMENT COMPLEX"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Zonta Dunlap, 28, (Left) was shot and killed the day after Christmas at the Brookson-Bryton Apartment Complex in Huntersville, NC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The apartments are new and well designed, so activity like murder is unexpected. 27-year-old Devonte Robinson (Right) was also shot in the melee, but survived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The suspect is identified as Ivan Petty, 23, (Bottom). Ivan took being &#8220;petty&#8221; to a whole new level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is belief that the murder may of been the result of a drug deal feud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petty was arrested on the evening of December 26, 2018.
