The mall is located in Pineville, NC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Sunday around noon Khali walked into the DTLR store and got into a physical altercation with an employee, the employee then pulled out a gun, shooting and killing Khali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The two had a ongoing dispute.
