59-year-old Miami Beach resident Juan Carlos Gonzalez touched a 7-year-old girl\u2019s genitals and buttocks at a Miami Sedano\u2019s supermarket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is charged with lewd and lascivious child molestation by an adult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The incident occurred around 7 p.m. Friday at the Sedano\u2019s at West 38th Street and Flagler Street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As the 7-year-old girl left Sedano\u2019s with her father, she told him Gonzalez touched her \u201cfront and back private parts\u201d over her dress. The father swung back into the store and asked the manager if he could see surveillance video. He said it showed Gonzalez repeatedly touching his daughter\u2019s behind and genital area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When the girl\u2019s father tried to keep Gonzalez at the store, Gonzalez whipped out a pocket knife and said in Spanish, \u201cIf you hit me, I\u2019ll stab you.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As for what police say they saw on video,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\u201cVideo surveillance at the incident location clearly showed Gonzalez intentionally touching and grabbing the victim\u2019s buttocks and genital area several times.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
The suspect was eventually arrested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gonzalez\u2019s rap sheet includes convictions for loitering, prowling and trespassing; resisting an officer with violence and aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer; petit larceny; and loitering and resisting arrest without violence.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
