{"id":15017,"date":"2019-02-28T18:12:06","date_gmt":"2019-02-28T18:12:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ci02819f3a70112568"},"modified":"2025-02-26T09:54:09","modified_gmt":"2025-02-26T09:54:09","slug":"double-homicide-in-central-charlotte-overnight","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/index.php\/2019\/02\/28\/double-homicide-in-central-charlotte-overnight\/","title":{"rendered":"DOUBLE HOMICIDE IN CENTRAL CHARLOTTE OVERNIGHT"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ibn Marshall, 17, and Anu\u2019bius Smith, 19, were shot dead on Grandin Road on Wednesday night in Charlotte, NC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A male with apparent gunshot wounds was located by authorities in a parking lot at 1432 W. Morehead Street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ibn and Anu&#8217;bius were located in a vehicle approximately two blocks away on Grandin Road. All three victims were transported to the hospital by medics. Ibn and Anu&#8217;bius were pronounced deceased by hospital staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The initial investigation has revealed that all three victims were shot on Grandin Street, Ibn and Anu&#8217;bius remained inside the vehicle while the third victim ran to the parking lot down the street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is likely that the murders were the result of a drug deal gone bad because two firearms and marijuana were located and seized at the crime scene.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Two men were killed in a shooting, a third man was also shot.
