A 3-year-old child was shot while in the custody of Davione Robinson, 19. Davione also had cocaine in the presence of the young child, in which he was arrested for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On March 8, 2019 Davione and the child were at a motel on Old Interstate Road at 8pm. The 3-year-old victim found a unsecured firearm and accidentally fired the weapon, shooting their self. The 3-year-old was transported by medics to the hospital with non-life-threatening graze wounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Davione was arrested and charged with Felony Child Abuse, Storing a Firearm in a Manner Accessible to a Minor, Felony Possession of Cocaine and Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
