The victim advised 911 that Brandon had not left the scene and was still sitting in the vehicle moments after the carjacking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brandon could not figure out how to operate the vehicle, so he exited the vehicle and was then shot and killed by Albert. Brandon was pronounced deceased at the scene. A female bystander who was sitting in another car in the same parking lot had her vehicle shot into but she was not injured.
