{"id":14915,"date":"2019-03-19T20:42:49","date_gmt":"2019-03-19T20:42:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ci02819f3b10142458"},"modified":"2025-02-26T10:36:47","modified_gmt":"2025-02-26T10:36:47","slug":"man-killed-at-unc-charlotte-off-campus-apartments-during-shooting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/index.php\/2019\/03\/19\/man-killed-at-unc-charlotte-off-campus-apartments-during-shooting\/","title":{"rendered":"MAN KILLED AT UNC CHARLOTTE OFF CAMPUS APARTMENTS DURING SHOOTING"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Jamontae Morris, 22, was shot and killed at off campus apartments for The University of North Carolina Charlotte on Forty Niner Avenue.&nbsp;The call for service came in at approximately 8:10 p.m. on March 18, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An altercation occurred at the off campus apartments that resulted in Jamontae being shot.&nbsp;Jamontae was transported to the hospital by paramedics with life-threatening injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, March 19, 2019, Jamontae was pronounced deceased by medical personnel at Atrium Health\u2019s Carolinas Medical Center.
