She is charged with three counts of rape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Investigators allege that Nicole raped two girls, ages 4 and 6 years old, in 2010 and 2018. The young girls are the children of Nicole&#8217;s friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nicole was arraigned in a Franklin County courtroom on Thursday morning.
