ARRESTED IN CONNECTION"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reco Perry, 23, is charged with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/charlottealerts\/news\/woman-killed-in-apartment-shooting\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">April 28, 2019 Charlotte, NC murder of Shalecia Williams, 21.<\/a> Beyonce Rorie, 18, was charged with being an accessory after the fact to murder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/image-1024x576.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18616\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/image-1024x576.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/image-300x169.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/image-768x432.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/image.jpeg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Reco Perry,\u00a0Beyonce Rorie,\u00a0Shalecia Williams\u00a0<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reco was identified as a suspect, and a murder warrant was issued for his arrest.&nbsp;On April 29, 2019, detectives with the Charlote Mecklenburg Police Violent Criminal Apprehension Team (VCAT) collaborated with the Gastonia Police Department to locate and arrest Reco.&nbsp;Reco is charged with murder. It is unclear why Beyonce was charged with being an accessory after the fact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Sunday April 28, Shalecia was shot along with another man that she was with in the afternoon hours at the Heritage Park Apartments.
