During the struggle, the woman is heard saying on video that she is pregnant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The officer was \u201cforced to deploy his taser\u201d on the woman, but it wasn\u2019t \u201ceffective,\u201d the woman grabbed the taser and used it on the officer who was trying to arrest her, according to Texas authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The woman\u2019s actions \u201cforced the officer to draw his duty weapon and fire multiple rounds at the suspect who was struck at least one time,&#8221; a Texas police lieutenant said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The woman was declared dead at the scene and the Harris County District Attorney\u2019s Office is now assisting in the investigation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A lady was killed during an altercation with a officer in Baytown, Texas.
