Samuel Kelly III was arrested and taken into custody on Thursday morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Samuel worked at the Horizons Christian Academy in Chester, SC where the victim girl attended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Investigators said a mother contacted them after her 5-year-old daughter claimed Samuel had touched her inappropriately during summer school last year.
