The victim has serious injuries and is being transported to the hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A second male victim was located.&nbsp;He was running from the scene and was located near Interstate 277.&nbsp;This individual received a bullet wound to his ear and is being transported to the hospital for treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A potential suspect is detained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At this time there is not a known motive.
