The jury found Michael not guilty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duncan\u2019s codefendant, Marsean Allison, previously pled guilty to second-degree murder. Marsean was sentenced to 228-286 months in prison.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Instead of taking a plea, he took his case to trial and was found not guilty of murder!
