Kelvin was a father to kids that adored him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The victim was driving in the Kings Tree neighborhood on Pinyon Pine Lane when he was savagely shot in the chest. The shooting caused the young man to swerve into a house on Pinyon Pine Lane and crash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kelvin was pronounced dead on scene. However, no one in the house was hurt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Five people have been killed in Charlotte this week alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/charlottealerts\/news\/mother-killed-in-run-away-traffic-stop-she-had-young-daughter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">A mother was killed in a car wreck.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/charlottealerts\/news\/double-homicide-at-apartments-near-independence-blvd-3-people-shot\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Two latino men were killed at an apartment complex.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/charlottealerts\/news\/victim-in-fiery-crash-was-former-west-mecklenburg-high-school-student\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">A young man was killed after being ejected from a vehicle during a wreck that caught fire.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>He was driving and then shots rang out into his chest.
