{"id":14153,"date":"2019-07-27T20:11:22","date_gmt":"2019-07-27T20:11:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ci02819f3c40112568"},"modified":"2025-02-25T07:22:04","modified_gmt":"2025-02-25T07:22:04","slug":"epi-center-complex-robbery-in-the-insomnia-cookies-store","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/index.php\/2019\/07\/27\/epi-center-complex-robbery-in-the-insomnia-cookies-store\/","title":{"rendered":"EPI-CENTER COMPLEX ROBBERY IN THE INSOMNIA COOKIES STORE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tebian Ruff, 27, was arrested and charged with an armed robbery at the Epi-Center club and entertainment complex at 210 East Trade Street Charlotte, NC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Late night on July 26, 2019 officers responded to the Insomnia Cookies located inside the Epi-Center in reference to an armed robbery at the Insomnia Cookies business located inside of the Epi-Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tebian is accused of entering the Insomnia Cookies and getting into a verbal dispute with the manager. Tebian allegedly then pulled out a firearm and stated that he was robbing the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tebian then left the business. Responding officers located Tebian inside of the business Rocket Fizz which is also inside of the Epi-Center. A gun was found on the suspect&#8217;s possession, it was discovered that the firearm was stolen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tebian was charged with the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attempted Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, Firearm by Felon, Possession of Stolen Firearm, Possession of Marijuana, Resist\/Delay\/Obstruct Officer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dozens of police officers swarmed the Epi-Center looking for a armed robbery suspect.
