{"id":14041,"date":"2019-08-09T01:25:38","date_gmt":"2019-08-09T01:25:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ci02819f3cc0062568"},"modified":"2025-02-25T07:42:05","modified_gmt":"2025-02-25T07:42:05","slug":"2-teenagers-shot-one-dead-while-robbing-7-eleven","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/index.php\/2019\/08\/09\/2-teenagers-shot-one-dead-while-robbing-7-eleven\/","title":{"rendered":"2 TEENAGERS SHOT, ONE DEAD WHILE ROBBING 7-ELEVEN"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/charlottealerts\/news\/young-teenager-killed-at-7-eleven-convenience-store\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Qwanterrius Stafford, 16 was killed during his attempt to rob a 7-Eleven convenience store on Brookshire Boulevard Charlotte, NC.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A second teenager identified as Brenna Harris, 17, also shot in the robbery was transported to the hospital with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On August 8, 2019 Qwanterrius and Brenna entered the 7-Eleven to commit an armed robbery.&nbsp;During the course of the armed robbery, a wallet was taken from a customer at gunpoint inside the business.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After he was robbed at gunpoint, the customer perceived a lethal threat and pulled a concealed handgun and fired it at both Qwanterrius and Brenna.&nbsp;Two handguns were recovered as evidence from the crime scene.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One gun was determined to be in the possession of Qwanterrius during the armed robbery. The other gun was determined to belong to the customer that shot the suspects.&nbsp;Qwanterrius was transported to Atrium Health Carolina\u2019s Medical Center and was later pronounced deceased.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brenna fled the business and was later transported to Atrium Health Carolina\u2019s Medical Center by medic. Upon release from the hospital, Brenna was arrested and charged with Attempted Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery, and Armed Robbery from Person.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A teenager is dead after he tried to rob a 7-Eleven.
