Officers applied a tourniquet to the victim\u2019s arm and the victim was transported to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries. The officers swift response in applying the tourniquet likely saved the life of the victim in this case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Information and evidence gathered during the course of this investigation led detectives in identifying Mr. Coleman as a suspect in this case.&nbsp;Warrants were obtained for his arrest.
