Although Charlotte&#8217;s murder rate is no where near that of Chicago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nevertheless the recent spike in Charlotte murders have caused alarm for many.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quandarro was a young man involved in an altercation with another man when he was shot dead on August 14.
