College St.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After only a few seconds, a third individual, also male, shot one of the people who was actively involved in the fight.&nbsp;The victim was shot in the hip and has been transported by to the hospital for treatment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A violent shoot out in uptown Charlotte just happened.
