Nearly a month after the murder, Edward was arrested on September 6, 2019. Aiesha was 24 weeks pregnant at the time she was murdered. Aiesha&#8217;s unborn baby was also killed. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/charlottealerts\/news\/young-woman-killed-inside-apartments-suspect-on-the-run-with-baby-and-kids\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">On August 12, 2019 Aiesha Summers was shot and killed in a apartment on Perugia Way Charlotte, NC.<\/a> Edward was identified as the suspect. Edward allegedly went on the run for weeks until he was caught in September. Several of Edward&#8217;s children were missing after the murder, but the kids were eventually found safe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On September 6 Edward was located and arrested in Charlotte, NC by the Violent Criminal Apprehension Team and a K-9 without incident.
