Lugonia Ave. September 6, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alex allegedly went into the Target and headed directly to the toy section, where he contacted the 8-year-old girl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After \u201cbriefly\u201d speaking to the girl, he allegedly walked behind her and grabbed the child\u2019s chest area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The girl&#8217;s mother then confronted Alex, who denied touching her inappropriately and left.
