{"id":13706,"date":"2019-09-13T16:53:20","date_gmt":"2019-09-13T16:53:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ci02819f3c10092458"},"modified":"2025-03-03T08:14:32","modified_gmt":"2025-03-03T08:14:32","slug":"man-killed-with-shotgun-after-being-shot-in-chest-no-charges-for-shooter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/index.php\/2019\/09\/13\/man-killed-with-shotgun-after-being-shot-in-chest-no-charges-for-shooter\/","title":{"rendered":"MAN KILLED WITH SHOTGUN AFTER BEING SHOT IN CHEST, NO CHARGES FOR SHOOTER"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Jonathan Swierski, 20, was shot and killed just after 1 a.m. on July 6, 2019 at the Paces Commons Apartments on Paces Avenue in Matthews, NC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The man that killed Jonathan will not spend a day in jail after prosecutors refused to proceed with any charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authorities concluded that Jonathan died as a result of an unintentional discharge from a shotgun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jonathan was shot in the chest during a fight among several people. A man had a shotgun at the fight when someone hit his arm with a table leg.
