{"id":13601,"date":"2019-09-26T00:43:28","date_gmt":"2019-09-26T00:43:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ci02819f3990002568"},"modified":"2025-03-03T09:40:35","modified_gmt":"2025-03-03T09:40:35","slug":"high-school-psychologist-charged-with-having-sex-with-student","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/index.php\/2019\/09\/26\/high-school-psychologist-charged-with-having-sex-with-student\/","title":{"rendered":"HIGH SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST CHARGED WITH HAVING SEX WITH STUDENT"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On September 20, 2019 a school psychologist with Fullerton Unified School District was charged with statutory rape for allegedly having sex with a minor student near Santa Ana, California.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kristen Lynn Boyle, 35, is accused of engaging in an illegal sexual relationship with a minor in a La Habra High School classroom in April 2018. Kristen who worked as a school psychologist at La Habra High, has been on administrative leave since the relationship was discovered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kristen was arrested on September 20 by La Habra police following a lengthy investigation alleging that she had an inappropriate sexual relationship with a student on the school\u2019s campus. Kristen has been charged with one felony count of statutory rape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer says:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMental health professionals wield a tremendous amount of influence over their patients.
